These pieces would undoubtedly look lovely when worn. The colors and mokume gane patterns do give a distinct impression of water. However, the rectangular shapes of the components are a bit rigid for the freeform pattern and the aquatic theme. A small point, but I believe the overall design would be more satisfying if the piece on the far left were moved to the far right. This would create symmetry in the pattern and a greater feeling of balance. Final shaping and finishing of edges could use a bit more attention.
