Wanting to develop a more "shiny penny" copper color, I came up with this blend. The big beads were stamped, and I actually used a hammer on the (raw) smaller beads :) Tinted liquid polymer in mint gives a tinge of verdigris.
The hammered copper spiral drop from the center adds interest and echos the lentil shape and size.
Not wanting to detract too much from the warm coppery theme, I chose a few Czech glass filler beads in peach, plus jasper and copper beads as accents.
