Description: This amazing broach is a one of a kind piece, inspired by the incredible Al Hershfield and his great body of work. I first thought of the "palm spring follies" the yearly gathering host age 65 and over performers, doing there thing in follies costumes. Then I thought of Irma La Deuce, or Norma Desmond performing in the Ziegfeld follies, and how dramatic and fun that would be. And of course Al Hershfield work came to mind and that was the look I wanted to try and interpret. Great now to figure out the cane work! ???
